All items are dispatched directly from Japan via FedEx Priority or EMS Japan Post.

🛃 Customs Duties & Taxes
We cover all shipping costs, import duties, VAT, and payment platform fees for the following regions:
USA, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Qatar, UAE, and other selected countries.
❌ Europe (EU countries) is not included in our customs duties coverage.
Customers in Europe will be responsible for their own import duties, VAT, and any customs-related fees.
📦 Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (order check, packaging, and preparation).

After shipment, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

Orders placed after 11:45 AM CST on Friday or over the weekend will ship the following week.

Some items may be shipped flat-folded for convenience.
🔐 Address Confirmation
Please make sure your shipping address is correct and matches your credit card or PayPal billing address.
We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost deliveries caused by incorrect addresses.
