RETURNS & REFUNDS

 

 

Return Policy:

At TokYourLuxury, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

Our return policy is effective for 7 days from the date you receive your product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. If you wish to initiate a return for a refund, please send an email to info@tokyourluxury.com with your full name, order number, item description, and the reason for your return. Please return within 7 days. If 7 days pass, we will not accept the return. 

Please note that return requests for orders received and delivered after 7 days will be politely declined. We appreciate your understanding. Unfortunately, if 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, we cannot offer you an exchange or a refund.

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed promptly, and a credit will be applied to your credit card (or original payment method) within a few days, depending on your bank's processing time.

Please carefully read the item descriptions before making a purchase. The item's color may slightly differ from the actual product due to lighting during the photo shoot or variations in monitor displays.

In the unlikely event that an issue occurs with your order, we are here to assist you. If the problem was caused by an error on our part, we are more than happy to replace or refund the item.

Our Responsibility:

Undisclosed Damage: If the product has damage that was not disclosed in the item description.

Wrong Item Sent: If we mistakenly send you the wrong product, color, or size.

Counterfeit: If the item is proven to be counterfeit, and a certificate from a professional Authenticator is provided.

Your Responsibility:

Oops! Mistakes can happen. If any of the following apply, it is your responsibility to resolve the issue, and unfortunately, we cannot refund your item.

Incorrectly Provided Address: If you made an error in the shipping address, and the order was not received as a result.

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order to avoid any complications or delays in delivery.

Exchange and Refund:

If you believe that an error has occurred due to a mistake on our part, please accept our sincerest apologies. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us, and we are happy to replace or exchange any items that we may have missed the mark on.

Exchange Request Instructions:

If you need to request an exchange, please follow these instructions:

  1. Take a photo of the problem with the item.
  2. Send an email to info@tokyourluxury.com with the subject line "Order # [YourOrderNumber] Replacement Request."
  3. Please include the following details in your email:
    • The photo(s) clearly showing the issue with the item.
    • A specific description of the problem encountered.
    • The Order Number for reference.
    • If your order includes multiple products, kindly identify the item that has the issue.

Our dedicated support team will respond to your request within 1 business day and provide you with return instructions.

Delivery Guarantee:

We guarantee the delivery of all orders. If an order is not received due to circumstances beyond our control, a replacement item will be ordered. The replacement item will be shipped to the original Shipping Address provided at the time the original order was placed.

Refunds:

Refunds will not be granted if the customer ordered the incorrect size, color, quantity, or any other specification. We ship the exact item(s) that you select at the time of purchase. If you require a change to your order, please email us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, if your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot make changes to your order, and a refund will not be granted.
