Shipping Policy

We are pleased to offer FREE trackable international shipping on all orders. All items are dispatched from Japan via FedEx Priority or EMS Japan Post.


Standard Shipping Times

  • US & Canada: 5–7 business days*

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–10 business days*

  • Europe: 5–10 business days*

  • Latin America: 5–10 business days*

  • Africa: 7–14 business days*

  • Other countries: 5–10 business days*

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing.


Customs Duties & Taxes

Customs duties, taxes, and additional import charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and vary depending on the destination country.

📌 The receiver is responsible for all applicable import duties and taxes. If the package is refused, the cost of return shipping and any unpaid charges will be deducted from your refund or billed directly to the receiver.

Occasionally, packages may be held by your local customs office before delivery. Please consider this when placing your order.


Confirmed Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and matches your credit card or PayPal billing address before completing your purchase. We cannot be held responsible for delayed or lost deliveries due to incorrect address information.

Some items may be shipped folded for convenience.


Shipping Restrictions

Due to customs regulations, we are currently unable to ship to certain countries, including those under OFAC sanctions:

  • Côte d'Ivoire (Ivory Coast)

  • Cuba

  • Democratic Republic of Congo

Processing Time

Orders typically take 1–3 business days to process. This includes order verification, packaging, and shipment preparation. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Orders placed after 11:45 AM CST on Fridays or over the weekend will ship the following week.


Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once payment has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation email. After your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided so you can monitor your delivery status.


Order Payment

All payments are processed in USD at the time of purchase. If you choose to pay in your local currency, your bank will handle the currency conversion based on their current rates.


Separate Shipments

To ensure the fastest delivery possible, items in the same order may be shipped separately. You will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment, if applicable.


Order Changes & Cancellations

We accept order changes or cancellations within 12 hours of purchase. This includes changes to item quantity, color, size, or shipping address.

To request changes, email us at info@tokyourluxury.com. Our customer service team is available 24/7.

Requests made after the 12-hour window may not be accepted, as orders are processed promptly.

If a change or cancellation is approved after processing begins, a 15% cancellation fee will apply to cover production and administrative costs.
