Return Policy

At TokYourLuxury, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date you receive your product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@tokyourluxury.com with your full name, order number, item description, and reason for return. Once your return is approved, you must ship the item back to us within 7 days of delivery. Returns requested or received after this period will not be accepted.


Restocking & Return Fees

  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This covers return processing, original shipping costs, and any customs duties incurred.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping, including any customs or import fees when returning the item to Japan.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely. Returns lost in transit cannot be refunded.

🛠️ If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., a wrong or defective item), we will cover all return costs and issue a full refund.
If the item is proven to be counterfeit and a certificate from a professional authenticator is provided, a full refund will also be issued.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund (minus applicable fees) will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.


Please review item descriptions carefully before placing an order. Note that colors may vary slightly due to lighting during photography and individual monitor settings.

In the rare event of an issue caused by our error, we will gladly offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item separately.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
