Shipping Policy

At Tokyourluxury, we want your shopping experience to be smooth and worry-free. That’s why we offer FREE trackable international shipping on all orders.

All items are dispatched directly from Japan via FedEx Priority or EMS Japan Post.


🌍 Standard Shipping Times

  • USA & Canada: 5–7 business days*

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–10 business days*

  • Europe: 5–10 business days*

  • Other countries: 5–10 business days*

*Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to your location and customs clearance.


🛃 Customs Duties & Taxes

We cover all shipping costs, import duties, and payment platform fees for selected countries:

USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Thailand, Qatar, and UAE.

📌 For orders shipped to the European Union (EU), customs duties and VAT will apply. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are collected directly by your local customs office upon delivery.

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

📌 If you receive a customs fee bill outside the EU in the countries listed above, please contact us and we will reimburse it.


📦 Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (order check, packaging, and preparation).

  • After shipment, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

  • Orders placed after 11:45 AM CST on Friday or over the weekend will ship the following week.

  • Some items may be shipped flat-folded for convenience.


🔐 Address Confirmation

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and matches your credit card or PayPal billing address.

We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost deliveries caused by incorrect addresses.


💳 Payment

  • All orders are charged in USD.

  • If paying in a local currency, your bank will handle conversion at its current rate.


❌ Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Changes or cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of purchase (quantity, color, size, or address).

  • To request changes, email us at info@tokyourluxury.com (our support team is available 24/7).

  • Requests after 12 hours may not be possible, as orders are processed quickly.

  • If approved after processing begins, a 15% cancellation fee applies to cover handling costs.
