Shipping Policy

We are pleased to offer FREE trackable international shipping. All orders are dispatched from Japan via FedEx Priority

Standard Shipping Times:

  • US and Canada: 5 - 7 days*
  • Australia and New Zealand: 7 - 10 days*
  • Europe: 5 - 10 days*
  • Latin America: 5 - 10 days*
  • Africa: 7 - 14 days*
  • Other countries: 5 - 10 days*

    Custom Duties and Taxes:

    Customs duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price and may vary depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Occasionally, packages may be held at the customs office before delivery. Please consider these

    Confirmed Shipping Address:

    Please ensure that your mailing address is accurate before completing the checkout process. Make sure your shipping address matches your registered address on your credit card or PayPal account.

    Some items may be shipped folded for convenience.

    Exceptions apply. Unfortunately, due to specific customs procedures, we are currently unable to deliver to certain countries. We do not ship to the OFAC sanctions country list, which includes the Balkans, Belarus, Burma, Cote D'Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, and Zimbabwe.

    While most deliveries arrive within the estimated timeframe, please note that some remote areas may experience slightly longer shipping times.

    Delivery dates provided are estimates calculated from the date of shipment, taking into account transit time.

    Deliveries may occasionally take longer than expected due to factors such as incorrect shipping addresses, severe weather conditions, rigorous customs clearance procedures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

    Please be aware that import duties, additional import charges, and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

    Order Confirmation:

    After payment has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation email at the email address provided during checkout. Once the confirmation email has been sent, your order will begin processing.

    Processing Time:

    Order processing may take up to 1-3 business days*. This includes order checking, packing, and shipment preparation. Once these procedures are completed, a tracking number will be provided to you via email.

    If you place an order after 11:45 am Central Standard Time on Friday or over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), your order will be shipped the following week.

    Order Payment:

    All customers are charged at the time of purchase. Payments are made in USD. If you choose to pay in your local currency, your home bank will handle the currency conversion from USD to your local currency.

    Separate Shipments:

    When ordering multiple items, they may be shipped separately to expedite delivery. You may receive one item before the next. This is done to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible. In such cases, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers.

    Order Cancellation and Change Requests:

    We accept cancellation or changes to an order within a 12-hour window. This includes modifications to quantity, color, size, or shipping address information. Please feel free to contact us at info@tokyourluxury.com. Our customer service team is available 24/7.

    Please note that any requests received after the 12-hour period will no longer be accepted, as we process orders promptly. Changes to orders cannot be made once they have been processed.

    We will make every effort to accommodate order cancellations or changes requested after the 12-hour period, but we cannot guarantee success. If we are able to accommodate your request, a 15% cancellation fee will be charged to cover the costs we incurred for items already in production.
